🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach, and develop part-time staff including Shift Leaders
• Lead service components like food quality and customer service
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops and recognition programs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
• Experience hiring employees using an Applicant Tracking System
