💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the portfolio of internal and external events at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, including fundraising events, exhibition openings, and space rentals. You'll ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer service across all event touchpoints. This role offers the chance to shape the guest experience at a brand-new cultural institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead assigned event portfolio and support larger events
• Manage venue management system and departmental calendar
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors
• Execute contracts and track payments for rentals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of event management experience in a museum or cultural institution
• Proven project management skills including planning and vendor negotiation
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
