You'll develop and execute strategic market development initiatives for Axogen's OMF/HN business, positioning nerve repair as standard of care in top academic medical centers. Your work will directly drive adoption through KOL engagement and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to impact patient lives at a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with influential KOLs
• Collaborate with Prof Ed and sales team on nerve repair education
• Execute account-based marketing programs and market development initiatives
• Establish best practice sales processes and collaborate with sales team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of sales, marketing or market development experience in HN/ENT or OMF
• Established and strong KOL network in HN/OMF
• Proven success in new therapy/technology commercialization
