Description

You will own delivery of complex cross-functional programs, partnering with Product, Engineering, and other teams to execute product vision. You'll leverage technical acumen to drive programs forward, build strategic partnerships, and mentor junior TPMs.

Requirements

• 10+ years in PMO or engineering leading complex programs
• 3+ years IT/engineering background
• Experience managing large technology-enabled programs for engineering stakeholders
• Ability to participate in technical design discussions
• Hyper-organized with ability to coordinate across multiple work streams

Responsibilities

• Drive successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, etc.
• Develop strategic approach balancing agility and process
• Recognize patterns and take data-driven action
• Mentor junior TPMs and lead by example
