Description

You'll build core services for Cast AI's multi-cloud cost-optimization platform, working on Kubernetes controllers, operators, networking, and scheduling to enable automated infrastructure management. This involves designing scalable backend systems, improving workload portability across clouds, and ensuring reliability for thousands of engineers.

Requirements

• Based in GMT 0 – GMT +3 and fully remote
• Solid backend engineering fundamentals and production-grade coding skills (preferably Go)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes internals, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems
• Clear English communication and collaborative, self-directed work style
• Bias toward action, ownership, and delivering customer value

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend services and Kubernetes operators in Go for managing clusters across AWS, GCP, Azure
• Develop cluster networking, scheduling, and orchestration features for seamless workload portability
• Optimize infrastructure efficiency and cost through automation
