Description

You will build operational infrastructure for the CXO Experiences and Community team, creating executive reports, driving data-driven analysis, managing budgets, and tracking OKRs to scale Rubrik's global Transformation Office and enhance CXO boardroom relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years in executive reporting, business analytics, or operations (enterprise software or cybersecurity preferred)
• Proven ability to conduct Excel-based analyses and develop executive-level presentations
• Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint); experience with Tableau or Power BI a plus
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, data security, and enterprise cloud transformation
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain executive-level presentations translating complex information into clear narratives
• Establish structured approach to assess team impact based on strategic value and measurable outcomes
• Build repeatable reporting model for CXO-driven transformation initiatives
• Track OKRs/KPIs on a monthly cadence across transformation leaders
• Manage budget tracking, quarterly accrual forecasts, and financial planning for Experiences team
