Description

In this role, you'll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and provide resources to people struggling with mental health. You'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies for market penetration, deepen existing partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ogden, UT
• Must be fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation 4-5 days/week
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
• Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
