🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as leader in client sales and service experience at branch
• Assist with branch operations and train team members
• Grow consumer/business lending pipeline and source referrals
• Conduct outbound calls and participate in banking presentations

📋 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
• NMLS Registration required
• 4 or more years of banker/client relationship consultant or related sales experience
• Advanced knowledge of retail product philosophy and systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of complex accounts (Trust, Power of Attorney, etc.)
• Ability to analyze client credit data
• Effective selling and cross selling skills
