You'll work on a small, high-caliber team building AI products for clients, spending 75% of your time in code and 25% with stakeholders. You'll set technical direction and tackle hard problems across multiple domains, shipping two to three products per year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write production-ready code across multiple disciplines
• Set technical direction and lead engineering discussions
• Collaborate directly with client CTOs on product needs
• Ship 2-3 AI products per year end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Shipped multiple complete products end-to-end
• Experience with applied AI systems
• Comfortable with senior technical stakeholder communication
