You'll join the Content CRM team at Inter Empresas, executing CRM communications and campaigns for business clients. Your mission is to ensure quality and consistency across email, push, WhatsApp, and banners. You'll analyze customer data to identify engagement opportunities and run A/B tests to refine strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage segmented CRM journeys and campaigns for B2B clients
• Create and review content for digital channels—email, push, WhatsApp, banners
• Analyze customer behavior data to identify communication opportunities
• Run A/B tests and refine strategies based on results
• Monitor CRM KPIs and generate insights for continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Administration, Engineering or related field
• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, copywriting, or digital communication
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Content creation and editing skills with attention to grammar and tone
