You'll shape the strategy and roadmap for a domain being transformed by AI as part of Oscar's Core Insurance Platform or Network pillars. Your work will directly impact payment integrity through LLM-powered medical record review or provider data reconciliation for self-service operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiencies.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and Network to define strategy and roadmap.
• Make resource trade-off decisions with Engineering and Product leadership.
• Develop operating models for new products in partnership with leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years driving rigorous prioritization processes
• 5+ years with tech systems and understanding basic infrastructure (e.g., SQL, backend services)
• 3+ years leading complex, cross-domain initiatives
