You'll own lifecycle communications for Strava's B2B audiences including ACP, Strava for Business, and Developer Relations. You'll build and scale programs from the ground up, translating audience insights into personalized campaigns. Your work will directly drive community growth, affiliate revenue, and product adoption across Strava's most influential audiences.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and scale ACP lifecycle programs across email, in-app, and push
- Execute Strava for Business communications in-app and email
- Develop and maintain Developer Relations lifecycle comms
- Partner cross-functionally with ACP and PMM to deliver campaigns
- Build supporting technology and resources for B2B lifecycle
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or email marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Braze preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-stage lifecycle programs
- Experience in a B2B, partner-facing, or ecosystem role

- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks (e.g., Eppo)
