You'll build and own RF test infrastructure and calibration programs for satellite communication radio systems at Quartermaster AI. You'll establish NIST-traceable calibration, design test setups, and develop automated acceptance testing for production. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish NIST-traceable calibration for SDR systems
• Design and build RF test infrastructure at HQ and remote sites
• Develop automated Acceptance Test Procedures for production
• Measure timing accuracy, latency, and phase coherence

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on RF testbench experience
• Proficiency with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators
• Experience building or managing a calibration program
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance

• Experience building a test lab from scratch
• Background in sensing systems or defense RF
