You'll manage daily office operations in our Toronto location, serving as a key point of contact for employees and vendors. You'll oversee workplace services such as supplies and maintenance while supporting events and onboarding activities. This role is based in our Toronto office with in-person attendance expected five days per week.

  • Manage daily office operations and coordinate with building management
  • Track office expenses and support budget management
  • Plan and support employee events and onboarding activities
  • Oversee vendor services for meals, snacks, and facility maintenance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in workplace coordination, hospitality, or event management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort as a primary point of contact
  • Clear problem-solving abilities with practical solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
