💼 About This Role

You'll own the ecommerce P&L for a health and wellness brand building innovative sensory products. You'll orchestrate brand storytelling, performance marketing, and lifecycle management into a single growth engine, making trade-offs between growth velocity and unit economics. This role explicitly connects marketing decisions to inventory risk and contribution margin.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the growth roadmap and annual ecommerce revenue targets
  • Lead integrated marketing strategy across paid, organic, lifecycle, and partnerships
  • Manage economic trade-offs between growth velocity, CAC, LTV, and inventory risk
  • Oversee performance marketing on Meta, Google, Amazon, and emerging channels

📋 Requirements

  • 7–12+ years in digital marketing with 3+ years owning DTC or ecommerce growth
  • Proven success scaling a brand from $8M toward $20M+ in annual revenue
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two growth engines (e.g., paid social, email/SMS)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in movement science, foot health, or fall-risk reduction
  • Familiarity with AI and automation to increase testing velocity
