🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process.
• Leverage AI tools for document summarization and contract review.
• Assist with litigation management and deadline tracking.
• Perform administrative duties including invoice processing and scheduling.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
• Experience with CLM platforms and AI tools.
• Expert-level skills in DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

• Trademark or intellectual property experience.
• Experience maintaining IP dockets.
