• Design and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Create audiences, funnels, retargeting strategies.
• Monitor performance weekly and optimize based on KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Tableau.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing / growth (paid media).
• Experience running campaigns for the US market (mandatory).
• Advanced English (oral, written, reading).
• Analytical profile with results orientation.

• Experience in retail / consumer goods.
