You'll implement and maintain the project's document control system and Common Data Environment, ensuring version control and compliance with ISO 19650. Your work will directly impact project accuracy and handover quality. You'll manage review cycles for technical submittals and RFIs across multiple stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage document control system and Common Data Environment.
• Oversee review and approval cycles for submittals and RFIs.
• Ensure version control and prevent obsolete document use.
• Generate status reports on turnaround times and approvals.
• Administer user access, folders, and metadata tagging.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of document control experience in construction.
• Proficiency in CDE platforms like Aconex, BIM 360, or Procore.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with MS Project.
• Related diploma, certificate, or degree.
