• Provide outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes
• Document patient visits via phone call using Luna Auto-Charting
• Prescribe and monitor exercises via Luna app
• Match with patients based on specialty and location (30-min drive)

📋 Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
