💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in senior living communities. You'll conduct evaluations, develop care plans, and educate patients and families to promote independent living and improved functional outcomes. This role offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform evaluations of functional status and ADL/IADL performance
• Develop and revise individualized occupational therapy care plans
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities

📋 Requirements

• Current VA Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
