🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform physically demanding grounds maintenance tasks.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Mow lawns, trim planting beds, and apply weed and feed.
• Maintain irrigation systems, pool equipment, and exterior lighting.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of full-time grounds maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 100 lbs
