Description

You will lead end-to-end data migration projects for investment management customers using Ridgeline's enterprise cloud software. You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients to define scope, perform data mapping and transformation, and ensure data integrity throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in the investment management industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, asset management, and data workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting systems and performance measurement methodologies.
• Strong experience in SQL, data integration ETL tools, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion projects from inception to completion, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with implementation team and customers to gather requirements for client management, portfolio accounting, and performance data needs.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and cleansing activities to meet project specifications.
• Validate and troubleshoot data variances between source and Ridgeline system during conversion.
• Coordinate with project managers and functional consultants to identify and account for dependencies.
