Description

In this role, you'll develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy to scale Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. You'll build relationships with SUD referral partners through in-field outreach, educate them on our comprehensive treatment services, and collaborate internally to refine growth strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX area
• Willingness to travel extensively around Dallas, TX area
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate to improve care access
• Synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging and strategies
