💼 About This Role

You'll join Weave as a Senior Customer Success Manager, guiding life science organizations to maximize value from our AI-driven SaaS platform for FDA document preparation. You'll own onboarding, training, and platform customization while serving as a trusted advisor.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver onboarding and training plans for new organizations and users.
  • Customize platform document templates for AI-generated regulatory submissions.
  • Establish stage-appropriate processes and systems for consistent Customer Success.
  • Ensure customers maximize product value and reach all relevant users.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience serving life science, bio, or therapeutics markets highly preferred.
  • Bio education preferred, advanced degree ideal.

  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI implementation.
  • Experience in change management and building new processes.
