Description

You will own a new logo quota in the SMB segment, running full-cycle sales in Spanish to acquire customers in Spanish-speaking markets. You'll manage a fast-moving pipeline, deliver product demos, and close net-new business for Motive's fleet management platform.

Requirements

  • Native/near-native Spanish fluency required
  • Strong English skills
  • 2+ years quota-carrying B2B sales experience (inside sales or SDR/AE hybrid)
  • Experience selling into SMB customers in Spanish-speaking markets preferred
  • Background in SaaS, technology, telecom, or BPO

Responsibilities

  • Own new logo quota and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Run full-cycle sales in Spanish: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, close
  • Qualify inbound demand from Spanish-speaking prospects
  • Drive high-volume outreach (calls, emails, texts) to build pipeline
  • Manage pipeline rigorously in CRM (Salesforce) and follow sales playbooks
