💼 About This Role

You'll join the SEO team at the intersection of Engineering and Growth Marketing, building and optimizing front-end foundations that scale organic visibility, performance, and user experience. You'll implement technical SEO improvements across crawlability, indexability, rendering, and site speed, working primarily with React and modern web technologies to ensure fast, accessible, and discoverable experiences at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain SEO-related frontend features and fixes across templates and structured data.
• Build and optimize React components ensuring SEO, performance, and accessibility best practices.
• Collaborate with SEO and data teams to automate validation of tags and Core Web Vitals.
• Set up and maintain SEO A/B testing infrastructure to measure impact on traffic and conversions.

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
• Understanding of technical SEO and how frontend code impacts discoverability.
• Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL integrations.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of headless CMS integration (e.g., Coremedia).
• Experience with SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Lighthouse).
• Familiarity with AI SEO trends such as schema enrichment and semantic markup.
