💼 About This Role

You'll own language data pipelines and build automation to improve MT/LLM performance for Romanian and CEE markets. You'll design scalable dashboards and run linguistic analyses on large datasets to drive quality. This role bridges language expertise and data science in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor MT/LLM quality and workflow KPIs for Romanian locales.
• Design and maintain dashboards for language data using SQL and BI tools.
• Own data pipeline health and drive data harmonization.
• Run linguistic and statistical analysis on large datasets.
• Develop automation for repetitive manual tasks.

📋 Requirements

• Romanian native or near-native proficiency
• Strong SQL and coding skills (Python/JavaScript)
• Experience with MT and LLM outputs and evaluation methodologies
• Proficient in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional CEE languages (Bulgarian, Greek, Turkish, Croatian)
• E-commerce or marketplace domain familiarity
• Experience with Airflow, n8n, or similar orchestration tools
