🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage inventory accuracy and shrink KPIs
• Coach and develop a team of 10+ staff
• Analyze data to improve operational processes
• Create SOPs for quality control in inventory

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+
• 2-5 years of high-volume inventory control experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs

• Background in order fulfillment processes
