💼 About This Role

You'll provide senior-level operational expertise for strategic-level joint exercises supporting USSTRATCOM. You will lead the development of realistic training scenarios and coordinate with senior leadership across multiple commands. This role offers a chance to directly impact global deterrence and operations missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate strategic-level joint exercises
• Develop operational plans, scenarios, and mission products
• Coordinate with senior leadership and mission partners
• Support planning conferences, rehearsals, and after-action reviews

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of DoD military operations experience
• 3+ years supporting OSD, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command
• JPME Phase II graduate required
• Active TS/SCI clearance required

✨ Nice to Have

• Senior Service School graduate
• Master's degree or higher
• Experience with JFACC operations
