Description

You will manage key client relationships for our Pharmacy Benefit Management team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. You'll lead client touchpoints, resolve escalations, and partner with internal teams to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
• 5-8 years in pharmacy operations
• Solid client management and consultative skills
• Pharmacy benefit knowledge
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation tools

Responsibilities

• Manage overall relationship with assigned PBM clients, including touchbases and contract deliverables
• Resolve client escalations and ensure overall client satisfaction
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews
• Partner with Implementation Team for new client onboarding
• Gather client requirements for annual open enrollment
