You'll lead payroll operations for the APAC region at Snowflake, driving process standardization and automation. You'll ensure accurate, compliant payroll execution and support cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to shape scalable payroll systems in a fast-growing tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure accurate end-to-end payroll processing for APAC region.
• Manage payroll vendor SLAs and drive compliance.
• Support payroll transformation and system integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Accounting teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience with public company experience.
• India payroll hands-on experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivots, V/H Lookups) and Google Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll compliance and taxation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Workday HCM and Workday Financials.
• Knowledge of payroll in China, Japan, S. Korea, Australia, Singapore.
