💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the "last line of defense" for Verkada's most critical customer relationships, taking ownership of escalated incidents. You'll coordinate across engineering, product, and sales to drive rapid solutions and restore customer confidence. This role involves on-site deployment and executive advocacy in high-stakes environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of escalated customer cases
  • Serve as single point of contact for customer executives
  • Travel on-site for in-depth troubleshooting
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Support

📋 Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in a technical problem-solving role
  • Deep expertise in a specific technology domain (e.g., networking, storage)
  • Proven ability to manage high-level customers under pressure
  • Highly organized with capability to manage multiple complex escalations
