You'll provide 7x24x365 remote monitoring and troubleshooting for EquipmentShare's heavy equipment rental fleet and customer-owned equipment. You'll collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring equipment performance and availability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform fleet monitoring services and incident management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with assets and customer fleets.
• Monitor service intervals and schedule maintenance.
• Respond to branch and customer queries via chat, email, and phone.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Operations Management.
• Proven experience in a 7x24x365 Managed Services organization.
• Strong technical expertise in heavy equipment or equipment rental industries.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and on-call schedule.
