You'll assist the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve financial targets in a high-growth cannabis company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively communicate with Store Manager and District Manager to maximize revenue
• Supervise store operations, opening/closing, task delegation, and team scheduling
• Monitor customer service and provide feedback and coaching to team members
• Manage store finances including register counts, bank deposits, and bookkeeping

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail or customer service experience in a high-paced environment
• 1 year of retail supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills to build and manage teams
• Cash handling and POS operations experience with attention to detail
