• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical research roles

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting for technical roles in startup or high-growth environment
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Clear, confident communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g. Ashby) and sourcing platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for AI/ML roles or research talent
• Familiarity with technical research domains
