Description

You will lead the Engineering team in designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions. You'll drive technology standards, manage project scope and schedules, and mentor team members to become great leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
• 12+ years experience with operating systems, development tools, and methodologies including Java, C#, Scala, Python, NodeJS
• 8+ years of individual contributor software development experience
• 6+ years management experience in a fast-growing software environment
• Proven ability to establish and drive processes with quantifiable metrics

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in design, delivery, and support of inContact software and platforms
• Develop programs, policies, and procedures for consistent development methods
• Create and monitor policies for standard development languages, tools, and methodologies
• Participate in project scope, schedule, and cost reviews
• Manage 3rd party consulting partners and oversee new product development and quality
