Description
You will analyze and configure SAP systems to meet business process requirements for warehouse management, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. You'll lead client requirements gathering, develop functional solutions, and manage testing and implementation efforts. This role supports federal government missions by enhancing operational efficiency through technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP ECC, S/4HANA and WMS Functional experience
- Proficiency in EWM goods receipt, delivery, subcontracting, and production order kitting
- Team lead experience
- Aerospace Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience
- Experience with Dassian software and its integration with SAP solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
- Natural born US citizenship
- You must live local to St. Louis, MO (preferred) OR be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday-Thursday
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to gather client’s Business process requirements
- Develop detailed configuration rationales and designs, as well as build system configuration
- Implement detailed Business process functional solutions to meet client’s requirements
- Develop test strategies and manage large complex test efforts
- Create associated documentation such as RICEFW objects, test models, scripts, etc.
- Maintain, enhance, and configure SAP processes including those that interface with other applications
- Facilitate interaction with technical and functional counterparts to ensure that solutions meet all functional requirements
- Managing a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
- Facilitate design review meetings; document and submit meeting minutes
- Provide guidance and support for configuration changes, training material development, and data conversion
- Support unit, integration, and UAT testing; provide documentation as evidence of successful execution
- Support production cutover; provide documentation as evidence of successful execution
- Support post-go-live hypercare, manage defects, and maintain documentation
