💼 About This Role

You'll operate CNC machines to machine aerospace metal alloys and produce test coupons, supporting the Materials Processes team in developing materials for the Terran R launch vehicle. Your work ensures precision and compliance with aerospace industry standards, directly contributing to rapid vehicle development. You'll collaborate across teams to optimize machining processes and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and program CNC lathes, mills, and wire EDM machines
• Utilize CAD software to create designs and implement G-code
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate machining equipment
• Communicate with engineering teams to translate requirements into machining solutions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience
• Experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration
• Proficiency with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators)
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and G-code programming
