💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role offers a chance to work with a passionate team in a fun retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and encourage customer returns
• Open and close the store, covering the sales floor as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store
