You'll lead a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians using our T3 platform to diagnose issues and manage work orders. Your leadership ensures safety and customer satisfaction at our Lima rental facility. This role combines hands-on tech with team management in a people-first company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using company tech
• Coordinate and supervise equipment mechanics and service personnel
• Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment
• Train employees and maintain a safe work environment

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance and service experience
• High school diploma or trade school certificate
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
