You'll join the core engineering team building a next-generation marketing automation platform that processes terabytes of data per customer and coordinates complex workflows. You'll own entire products end-to-end, from scoping to design to deployment, directly impacting the go-to-market of 4000+ customers. This role stands out for its technical challenge and customer proximity, with engineers directly communicating with users in Slack channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build robust backend systems for marketing automation
• Own end-to-end feature development from scoping to deployment
• Handle terabytes of data syncs per customer with high reliability
• Coordinate complex workflows that automate go-to-market processes

📋 Requirements

• Several years of industry experience building robust and reliable systems
• Proficiency in Go as the primary backend language
• Experience with Kafka for large-scale data streaming
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse databases
