💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repair on a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts for EquipmentShare's rental facility in Stafford, VA. Your core impact is keeping customer and company-owned machinery running efficiently. You'll work with the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
