Description
You will apply data engineering principles to develop reusable workflows, build scalable data pipelines, and deploy data solutions to production environments. You'll migrate data from legacy warehouses, automate data flow, and design data governance policies. As an innovation partner, you'll support the Intel Sector's leadership in conceptualizing new solutions, GTM plans, and incubating AI-first delivery strategies.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in applied technology with 15+ years in defense consulting and market development.
- Deep understanding of Intelligence Community mission space.
- Strong network across IC and related technology space.
- Executive presence and technical acumen to bridge engineering resources and C-suite executives.
- Experienced in developing relationships with data and technology alliance partners.
- Proven record of incubating new capabilities with emerging technology and shaping/winning work.
- Experienced P&L leader with history of managing diverse portfolio and achieving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Recognized for cultivating high-performing teams and developing next-generation leaders.
- US Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Apply data engineering principles to develop reusable workflows including ingestion, quality, transformation and optimization.
- Build scalable data pipelines using ETL tools and deploy data solutions to production environments.
- Migrate data from legacy data warehouses using cloud architecture principles.
- Automate the flow of data for consumption, build business processes that enable data governance, and design data quality rules and compliance policies.
- Serve as innovation partner to Intel Sector leadership, supporting greenfield solutions and AI-centric delivery and growth strategies.
- Maintain deep understanding of Intel Sector and collaborate with senior leaders to align growth initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Lead new business growth by identifying resources for RFIs and White Papers, reviewing artifacts, and managing pipeline reviews.
