Description

As an Operations Associate, you will drive profitability and efficiency in the store by executing inventory management processes, maintaining visual standards, and supporting daily operations. You'll collaborate with the operations and visual teams to ensure accurate stock, seamless product flow, and a safe work environment, while also engaging with customers to enhance their experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in customer-facing, sales, or operations role
• Ability to lift up to 22.7 kg
• Capable of standing, moving, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladder
• Passion for customer service and delivering excellent experiences
• Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce loss
• Support receiving, transfers, returns, and product replenishment
• Maintain strong sales floor visual standards
• Manage reports, budgets, costs, and vendor relationships
