🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure efficient execution of client onboarding from initiation to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Design and implement scalable systems and processes
• Oversee project management and drive operational metrics

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, investment banking, or SaaS operations
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience deploying multiple project management initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills

• Proficiency in Retool or Google Suite
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales and engineering
