Description

You will oversee day-to-day site management of fast-paced construction projects at SpaceX's Hawthorne campus, owning schedules, deliverables, and contractor coordination. You'll lead a team to build and activate infrastructure while enforcing safety policies and ensuring project success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 5+ years professional experience in construction industry with experience managing employees on a construction site and contract labor
• Valid California driver's license
• Ability to work at elevated heights (200+ feet), lift up to 25 lbs, and work in extreme environments
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when needed

Responsibilities

• Manage construction site logistics, work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
• Implement and enforce safety policies and drive safety culture on jobsite
• Daily field coordination and conflict resolution for contractors and internal partners
• Oversee procurement and execution of specific construction projects delegated by engineering project management team
• Manage project schedules, cost, scope, and coordinate with end users and facilities team
