- Support customers from onboarding through renewal.
- Guide customers through setup, configuration, and training.
- Provide direct product support for key clients.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback for product team.
π Requirements
- U.S. citizenship (required due to project/client requirements).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to synthesize conversations into clear takeaways.
