💼 About This Role

You'll create and structure operational processes for a startup that transforms VTC driver status, with a goal of scaling to 1,000 drivers. You'll identify solutions to remove blockers and build the operational foundations for rapid growth. This role offers direct impact in a small, committed team with support from the Heetch group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure and automate onboarding, payroll, and customer service workflows
• Find new channels to recruit drivers and analyze conversion metrics
• Improve sales pitch to drivers, create scripts and objection documents
• Develop offers and partnerships to increase perceived value for drivers

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in a business school or equivalent program
• Autonomous and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel/Gsheets, Notion
• Good people skills and ability to communicate simply with drivers
