🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage shared accounting email inboxes.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail including invoices and checks.
• Route and track work items for inquiries and documentation.
• Scan and index documents within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of administrative or accounting support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
