Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Reception, Concierge, or High-end Retail/Hospitality
- Comfortable with multi-line phone systems, PC/Mac, MS Office
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Punctual and reliable
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage digital guest log
- Route global calls with discretion
